FlowSpace Refund & Cancellation Policy
Version: FRCP-PUBLIC-2026-09-16-v1
Effective date: 16 September 2026
Applies to: ₹3,499 Founding Standard
This Policy explains when the first-cycle payment is refundable, when production provisioning becomes committed, and how FlowSpace handles cancellations and Service deficiencies.
Nothing in this Policy removes a remedy that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
1. The key distinction: before vs. after provisioning commitment
After FlowSpace verifies your ₹3,499 payment, the payment initially remains in a pre-commitment stage.
Before FlowSpace starts committing that payment to production phone-number, telecom, infrastructure and related resources, FlowSpace asks you to explicitly authorize production provisioning.
Once you authorize provisioning and FlowSpace begins committing production resources, the payment becomes Provisioning Committed.
That point changes the change-of-mind refund position.
2. Before provisioning commitment
If you cancel after payment has cleared but before production provisioning is committed:
Change-of-mind refund: ₹3,499
This is the normal full-refund stage.
3. After provisioning commitment
Once production provisioning has been committed:
There is no automatic change-of-mind refund.
This applies where, for example:
you no longer want the Service;
you change business strategy;
you stop cooperating with onboarding;
you decide AI is not suitable for you after authorizing production setup;
you ask FlowSpace to stop after phone-number/provider/infrastructure resources have begun being committed.
FlowSpace may choose to provide a discretionary goodwill cash refund of up to ₹500 in an exceptional case.
That goodwill amount is not guaranteed.
4. After the Service is ACTIVE
Once your production Service is ACTIVE, the current prepaid cycle is not refundable merely because you change your mind, stop using FlowSpace, or decide not to continue.
You may choose not to purchase another prepaid cycle.
Unless a separate automatic-renewal mechanism is later introduced and expressly accepted by you, paying for one cycle does not authorize FlowSpace to automatically charge the next cycle.
5. Material Service deficiency
A genuine material Service deficiency is treated differently from a change of mind.
Examples can include a persistent FlowSpace-controlled defect that substantially prevents the core paid Service from operating as agreed.
FlowSpace will ordinarily try, as appropriate:
1. investigation;
2. repair;
3. re-provisioning;
4. restoration;
5. extension of the paid cycle or Service credit;
6. another appropriate remedy.
During the founding period, FlowSpace's ordinary voluntary post-commitment cash-refund authority is up to ₹500.
This voluntary commercial policy does not remove any remedy that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
6. Third-party outages
Short or isolated outages affecting telecom carriers, cloud infrastructure, AI/model providers, internet connectivity or other third-party dependencies do not automatically create a full-refund right.
FlowSpace may use restoration, re-provisioning, cycle extension or Service credit depending on the severity.
Persistent failures that materially prevent FlowSpace from supplying the purchased core Service will be handled through the material-deficiency process and applicable law.
7. Customer-caused issues
A refund is not ordinarily due where the relevant problem is caused by:
inaccurate business information supplied by the Customer;
Customer-controlled call forwarding or carrier configuration;
the Customer disabling/altering routing;
failure to cooperate with reasonable setup or troubleshooting;
prohibited or unlawful use;
material breach of the FlowSpace Terms.
8. Duplicate payments
A verified duplicate payment is refundable.
A duplicate payment is not treated as a cancellation.
9. When billing starts
The paid billing cycle does not start when payment is received.
It starts only when FlowSpace marks the production Service ACTIVE.
Production provisioning can therefore be committed while the paid billing cycle has not yet begun.
